Wellington Nursing Center

Upon arrival to this facility I cried the entire first day. The place looked like nothing like the pictures described at all. Friendliness yea right. The only thing those folks at Wellington care about is getting paid.Do not care about the patients well being. Imagine now I just went for physical therapy not to live.. thank God. The food was awful. You only get a shower once a week. The so called push the button to get assistance DOES not work. I can go on and in about this terrible place if this is how they treat the elderly I would rather die before going back there. Choose another facility. Terrible place. The staff is rude. No respect for anyone. The physical therapist do not have all the proper equipment to help. Makes you wonder where all your money is truly going? I only met out of all the nurses there 2 nice nurses that's it out of a huge staff only 2 come on now. The therapy did not work at all for me had to do at home therapy which was way better than Wellington any damn day. I had to share my post as to how awful this place is just do not leave your parents or loved one there you will regret it. I promise you.

The WORST "nursing facility"/"rehab". If you want your family to be neglected with constant short staff, because the administrator Beth, wants to assure she gets a large bonus (who is almost never in the building, and acts like the residents and families don't exist), have your parents fall on the floor weekly, eat cold hard meals, than have your family stay here. This place is falling apart, dirty, has rodents, and a smells like moth balls. STAY FAR AWAY!!!! I would give in negative stars if I could. I don't know who gave a good review, they obliviously work for this dump. You have been warned. There are better places than this!!!
