It is interesting how I have left five different reviews with several pictures of the neglect and abuse against my father-in-law here at this place. If you love your family member do not send them here this place will kill them! We have no care or concern about human life or for the elderly especially if it's somebody who is nonverbal or paralyzed. My wife would go in and do all the work for him and taking care of him helping get him fed there were times that his tray was sitting there for hours cold nobody had even tried to feed him by the time we had gotten there. Kind of interesting how none of the reviews made it to this page makes me think that Administration screens everything and decides what's going to go on the review page and what isn't. Who currently have a formal complaint lodged with all the pictures and phone call recordings from the nurses that my wife is had including all the recordings and notes from all the meetings that she's had with this place. There's also a formal complaint that we have filed with the dept of aging and social services for adult neglect and abuse! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, FAR AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER

My bedridden friend and her bedridden roommate are NEGLECTED. Both ladies have their faculties - it's just their bodies that don't work. I went to visit on Saturday for nearly 2 hours. I had to go to the nurse's station because no one delivered the 2 straws she asked for when her lunch was delivered. Thankfully, I stayed to feed my friend her lunch because, in all that time, her aide never made an appearance. No one checked to see if she was comfortable or needed changing. I had to grab another worker from the hall to adjust her neighbor's position. Their repeated use of the call buttons for help are not only ignored, the staff gets surly when they are asked to work! It is CRIMINAL to see this happen. When I brought this to the attention of the director, he responded quickly. Next time I visit my friend, I will either add to this review or delete it.
