Mavis Discount Tire

It I had the option of giving 0 stars I would. When you call what you think is the local shop it goes to a call center. So when you say that you are going to be waiting to have the work done and want to know if it would be a long wait before they can get the car in and you are told "no bring it right down"....and then you get there and are told it will be at least 2 hours before they can get your car in and that you spoke to someone at a call center. How is that at all helpful or good customer service for a local number to be routed to a call center that has NO idea what's going on at that shop as far as how busy it is?? Had I been told what the wait would have been I would have either asked to make an appointment or something but since I was lied to and mislead I will never return! Is the shop really that busy that someone can't answer the phone or are the employees just not capable of answering the phone?? I've never had that happen ever in my life and it is very poor customer service.

They did service that should have stayed over night in 3 hours.. they did a great job

I was in and out. Great service, usually employees of auto places treat women like they don't know what they want but these guys listened to what I had to say and offered suggestions. I am definitely returning to this places for future service.

Very unprofessional. Came in to plug a tire, (which should take less than 20 mins)was told the wait was a hour cause they were a little busy. Said ok, and left my phone # to be notified when ready. Two hours went by no call, I show up almost two and 1/2 hours later and my tire was still sitting outside where I left it! Mind you the cars that were inside being worked on were completely from when we left. Not sure of the mans name behind the desk, older man wearing glasses, with short salt pepper hair, was very rude and when confronted about the issue his response was "this isn't rocket science" and compared their shop to a Drs office that you never get seen on time. You can't compare a Drs office to an auto shop...this guy was a straight jackass from the start. HORRIBLE customer service skills...will NEVER bring ANY business to this location and don't recommend it to others also. Lucky they got one star because they deserve a ZERO!

Not going to be returning, the service desk employee's were helpful , but overall service was horrible,. Went in for tires and alignment, after a lengthy wait I got the car back handling poor with a shake at speeds over 40. I checked tire pressure s and all where different ,ranging from 48 to 27. Shake still present. Next morning going out to the car I found wheel weights on the ground in driveway. I went back had the tires re balanced and alignment re done. While I'm waiting in line I see and hear one of the sevice technician say "go the f#$& away". So I went to a local shop , they said alignment was way off and tires were out of balanced. I wouldn't waste my time there again
