Meritage

I liked everything about the restaurant other than the temperature of the steak. We sent the filet back three times to try and achieve "medium", but apparently that was an impossible task. We asked the waitress to tell the chef, after the second go around, "just tell him to make sure it's over 134 degrees". One would think that would be enough, but again, it came back rare/medium rare, like the last. Great location, great service, but they may need to revisit the chef selection.

Love this place. The Meritage Salad is FANTASTIC. All menu items are excellent and the staff are very accommodating.

Had a family dinner on mother's day. Surprised to discover it was a buffet. The food was very disappointing. It was often cool, dried out, bland, and OVERPRICED! Even the freshly sliced roast beef was horribly salty. Dessert was not even included. The bill even had a 20 percent tip included for a buffet!!

Nice cozy restaurant. Food was wonderful but service was too slow. They had only 3 servers but may be since it was valentine's day, the poor ladies can't keep up. However we did enjoy. Good work.
