Beautiful place, excellent service, a must try. If I may recommend the Avocado Toast if you are joining for brunch. Bloody Mary is one of the best I've had. Ask for it spicy.

The whole staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Special recognition to our server, Clinton. The Old Fashioned that I was served from the bar may have been the best I've ever had. Every course was well executed, but do not pass up the sweet potato beignets. I highly recommend Sartre to anyone looking for a high quality meal in a stylish, yet relaxed environment.

I went here for the first time with some friends and really liked the place. The atmosphere alone is enough to go back. They had love singers in the bar area which you could hear throughout the rest of the restaurant, which was really nice. The cocktails were great and the food was delicious as well. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and cocktails, which is always a plus. I will definitely be back.

Great cocktails. Really good food. Maybe the best negroni I've ever had, attentive but not overwhelming service. Loved the atmosphere. Two cocktails, a glass of wine, starter with bread and two entrees was about $100 plus tip - worth that to me but for frame of reference it's not an inexpensive date night.

French cuisine (I have no idea what that even means) with American influence. Hell yea. We went for my birthday and our server was so chill he even gave us an appetizer fo free. The beignet balls were in fact the balls.
