Just horrible. We ordered online for some of us in the office I work at and over half of our orders were wrong. Just about every single burrito bowl was missing just about all of the ingredients that were supposed to be included. One of them looked like the saddest meal ever: rice, meat with a little bit of sour cream drizzled on top. There was supposed to be 7 more ingredients on it! They did offer to remake them but since we were at work we were already out of time on our lunch breaks. He offered to refund some of our money but he claims he could only do $15. Over half of our meals were wrong, $15 barely even covers one meal! On another meal the pork was so salty, it was impossible to eat. This isn't this first time something like this has happened with them. As a business and personally, we will never order from here again.

Good place, the food is amazing, the chips are beautiful. If you go here, buy the Joey’s Bag of Donuts (it’s just a burrito) or a a burrito bowl. Make sure to also try out the green sauce. Good place, we’ve gone here many times, however, their management has been messing some things up. They are told to put less on the tortillas - so food is inconsistent. Basically, most times you’ll get a decent amount of food (beans, rice, lettuce, etc.) but some put on very little. If you suspect this might happen, get a burrito bowl, as the employees who put only a little on your burrito - will usually put more in the bowl. I mean, I get it, Moe’s needs to save business, cut costs, but I believe that they are doing it in the wrong way. Nevertheless, this place gets its people! When it gets busy, sometimes the employees rush, but it has been getting better. Do NOT let the management dissuade you from coming here, the food is very cheap compared to most places, and it actually tastes good! Also, if you’re looking for pops, there’s one of the advanced pop machines here. The place looks good, the food is amazing, and it is a place we keep coming back to. Just let management know to step up some game and train employees! Thanks Moe’s!

Fire all of your employees and get a staff that knows how to clean and properly handle food. I watched a fat sweaty arm be dragged over tortillas and still be served. Clean your restaurant

I am always amazed at how slow the staff moves here!!! Food is good, but the staff and the cleanliness always discourages me from going! I saw 4 staff members, but only 2 were helping people, the others were standing around, one on his phone and scratching his beard in full view of customers.

A week ago, I showed up at 11:30 to find the door locked. The store was closed, but employees were inside. They did not come to the door to open the restaurant. Today at 11:30 the very same thing happened. Neither time was a sign put on the door. I like their food, but I will never come back. Horrible way to treat customers.
