El Loro Mexican Restaurant

I really like El Loro. I come here quite often, as I have family that lives close by. The shrimp tacos are amazing. The shredded beef is delicious and their queso dip is worth the extra money. I really like their standard hard shell tacos as well, they are simple, but so yummy. The staff is always friendly and prompt and the food comes out quick. The portions are large enough for lunch the next day.

I am a very picky eater and just loved every thing i tried. Very good food and service. The value was great too. Took so much home i almost felt under charged (almost 😉) we will be back. Thank you

The service is terrible! Very slow! It took almost 10 minutes just to get the chips and salsa after we arrived. The Salsa was watery and had very little flavor! Chips were stale! I ordered the pollo loco which I love but the refried beans were all watery and leached into everything else on the plate. Worst Mexican food I’ve ever had!! We love El Loro usually but will not be back to this location EVER! The circle pines location is the best!

Their happy hour is to die for. You want a huge margarita? This is the place to go. You want some bomb mexican food? Head on over to El Loro

I've been coming here for 6 years but sadly I won't ever return. The owner has made decisions to cut back on the meat and I was served a bowl of onions for $16. Watered down margaritas and the place is now filthy. Just walk around back. Very sad to change my review because I used to love this place. Greed has consumed and customer satisfaction is over. These pictures are from the past.
