Always had a good experience here. They do a an inspection and gather information and pictures then send it out to you on what could be an issue down the road and needs fixed immediately. I like that they are more tech savy than most auto shops around. Great service and nothing has gone wrong for me with them.

This place is a magnificent place to have repair preformed on your vehicle. My experience was nothing but pleasant. I'm currently a student at Pittsburg and when I brought my truck in I informed Eric that because I am a college student I do not have much disposable income. I also asked him to inform him as soon as he knew anything about my vehicle so I wouldn't have unexpected fees. Not only did he do that he had exact prices for every bit of work that was needed and kept me very informed along the way. The company as a whole is wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say. If you need any work preformed on your vehicle I would definitely recommend neptunes!

Went for an oil change before I drove 800 miles home to Atlanta after the holidays, but Jeff noticed a problem with radiator, added 1 1/2 gallons of antifreeze, so we made it home safe.....otherwise would have probably blown the motor! Thanks for checking everything out for me!!
