There is a big floor in the basement where are : 
*Cardio room. Some old machines some new. Always very loud music turn on like it's a disco place plus in the summer it's very hot, most of the time airconditioner is NOT working. 
*Lifting machines. Again. Some old some new. In the summer time very hot place to be. Plus is close to Lost Battalion Hall where sportsman lift their weight and it's very loud when they are dropping them!!! Crazy ! 
*Also, there are like 6 tables tennis open playing everyday but it is not bad
.  
Overall, it's a dirty place. Floor is never cleaned   There is a lot of dust all over. Dirty!

Why is like that?  Because it is not expensive or because it is in Queens or because it's a poor Management ?  Go figure...
