Bare bones gym at a great price. Never crowded, and staff are mostly nice.

I go there every week 'cause it's fun. I love using the computer, swimming, workouts, and more.

Great spot in greenpoint! Classes are super fun and break a sweat. People attend and instructors are really knowledgeable and care about making sure you have proper form! They also have showers with curtains in their bathroom room if you need to shower so bring a towel and soap. Bathrooms are also clean! The only thing is I wish they had more weigh and strength machines for glute and butt workouts. Also great place to come workout at night since theres the G Train and several buses close by.
