I purchased a Big Green Egg on Tuesday and received it on Friday! What amazing service! The guys who did the delivery were very professional and conscientious. They were able to handle our stairs and get the COI in time. Would definitely purchase from them again!

We purchased a gas fire log set and a custom made fireplace door from NYC Fireplaces. We are thrilled with these logs and the custom doors are beautiful. The ordering and installing processes went very well, complete with reminder phone calls and pictures of products sent by email. I can highly recommend this company - they only carry and install excellent equipment and they are very professional in every interaction.

Had a great experience with these guys! My husband & I went to their showroom a few month before actually purchasing our Dimplex. They were extremely helpful and even responded right away to our contractors questions re: installation during our renovation... about a month after we were in their showroom. Once it was time to place the order, again, they were extremely quick to respond & even accommodated our renovation timing by delivering the fireplace themselves!! Would definitely recommend them!!! Our fireplace looks AMAZING & is the highlight of our first floor. Thank you NYC Fireplaces & Outdoor Kitchens! We'll be visiting you again soon once we start our backyard/deck work!

After buying several fireplaces at other stores ,I am happy to say my current experience at NYC Fireplac s store was excellent. Luca, my salesman was knowledgeable a and responsive to my needs and my contractor's timeline. The installation team was immaculate and the product superior. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

NYC Fireplaces just installed a linear fireplace in my home. They were professional and informative every step of the way. The products and services were a great value. I highly recommend them.
