Unfortanately I injured my knee when the tour started and because of the pain I was unable to ride a bike. I was very disappointed because I really looked forward to the Tour. After I felt better, I immediately contacted the organization. Unfortunately they don’t feel comfortable offer me an opportunity to ride again. They feel that they are liable for my safety and the equipment, and based on today’s experience they just don’t feel safe have me participate. I’ll understand that they don’t want to take the risk. But I found it very disappointed. I come from the Netherlands and I cycle a lot. I felt strong enough to cycle. But because I understood that I could not come along. So I asked for a return. but they did not want to give it. Their cancellation policy works differently. If I really wanted to go, I could sign up for the tour on Tuesday. But then I had to pay again. I understand that there is a cancellation policy. But my situation was unusual. I had expected more service out of courtesy and support for my situation. I could have gone with my injured knee. But that had an influence on everyone in the group. That would spoil their tour. I did not want that. That had not been fun for them. If I had known that I would not get a second chance, I would have gone. If this was perhaps not the best choice for me. I have read many good reviews. I did not expect to be treated like this. I already felt extremely bad about being injured. And the way I was treated later by Felipe has made me extra disappointed. I would like to see them make up for it. It is no longer possible to participate in a tour. I am now back in the Netherlands. Yet a refund would be a good thing.

Top-notch experience! I'd been to NYC few times but my wife and I had never taken a bike tour and so glad we did! Zoe was an amazing guide and host and showed us some places we would have never found on our own. The bikes were nice and easy to ride - Manhattan has become so much more bike friendly than I remembered. We're definitely signing up for the Brooklyn tour next.

Great way to get a feel of the streets and neighbourhoods and history of Brooklyn. As a fellow bike tour guide (from Copenhagen, world capital of cycling) I enjoyed the route, the stops (including the pizza), the riverside views of the Manhattan skyline, the good quality bikes, the commentary and the personal tone of our local guide. It could've been warmer and we could've had more sunshine, but on this day in April my 14 year old son and I couldn't have had a better sense of Brooklyn. Thanks :)

What a great tour! You don't have to be super-fit to ride their comfy bikes! Amazing way to learn about Brooklyn and New York and experience the area like a local. Alex our guide was extremely knowledgable and full of great stories and insight. Would definitely go back to do the Financial District tour if we are every back in NYC but definitely going to do other bicycle tours on future city breaks. Oh and rooftop farm tour totally unique, farm-to-table coffee Columbian coffee the best I've never had and great pizza stop for lunch.

I went on the Lower Manhattan Bike Tour with James. He was incredible. There is no better way to see and understand the history of Manhattan than riding a bike through this historic section of NYC. I highly recommend this tour and can't say enough good things about James. Thank you.
