Nom Sushi Izakaya

Amazing atmosphere. I loved the asymmetrical lighting above the sushi bar. The ramen with pork belly was out of this world. Ingredients were impeccably fresh. Service was 3 stars at best though; only the back of house employees seemed to enjoy their jobs. All in all, this is a great downtown restaurant with outstanding cuisine.

The waiter was so rude, I wouldn’t go back based on the service alone. I think he spent more time taking care of his man bun than on being courteous to patrons. I would like to say the steamed pork buns were delicious but the ramen wasn’t anything special.

Don't waste your money here! Customer service is non-existent and the management has no interest in keeping your business when they screw up. After waiting 40+ minutes our food had yet to be served, even though our party (of 5) was the first to enter the restaurant for lunch. Several other groups of diners came into the restaurant after us, ordered the same food (ramen), had eaten and paid their checks by the time we decided to leave. All the server and manager had to say was a pathetic, "sorry." They didn't even make an attempt to explain their ineptitude. Lame!

Great sushi love the soft light atmosphere. Highly recommend to all avid sushi lovers!
