Osaka Sushi Seafood Steak House

The food was very good; the drink choice was certainly adequate. Courteous, helpful staff. Habachi chef accommodating and entertaining. I am not a sushi fan, but enjoyed the delicious choice I selected this day.

We have been going regularly for about 5 years, and then continuously had bad experiences where we stopped going. The first couple times was in regards to the food, as we continuously would say cook the tuna “seared” or “very rare” and it would still be over cooked everytime. Seriously, not even medium. And I would point and say to take it off the hibachi everytime.. so we stopped going. If you’re going to pay $40 a plate, you might as well get the food you ask for? Then we decided to give it another try for my moms birthday, as we have always enjoyed going with our large family and it’s always for for my younger siblings. I called to make a reservation earlier that day (I always call same day - we have a family of 6 and like to make sure there is a hibachi table) but this was during the week and he stated it won’t be that busy, they don’t take reservations same day (strange as I have always before..) but I figured oh well since it wasn’t the weekend. We came in.. it was busy. Of course. We were told a 15 miner wait.. after I even said I called earlier and asked for a reservation and was told they don’t make them (lie). So we decided to wait, 30 minutes later... still nothing. As we started walking out, the lady started to run over telling us the table is ready. We said no thanks. We were appalled at the rude service. They tried to call me later to probably ask to come back, but by then we were almost done with our meals at Ithi Tokyo (which if you are reading this - highly recommend the South one over Osaka any day). Fast service, amazing food, friendly staff.

Wonderful food, though this time...not as hot as it should have been. Usually I eat at the hibachi grill...always perfect. This time, on the restaurant side. Still 4 stars!!

Good Food No so pricey for lunch. Never super busy at lunchtime..Hostess remembers our orders, and is uber friendly and nice.

Hard to rate. Dinners are 5/5. If you go for lunch, im sure its a different cook. Didnt taste the same. Wasnt as good. Rice and onions under cooked. They need to replace their drop ceilings as well, full of smoke and such. Hibachi experience is 5/5 here though.
