Park Nursing Home

Park is a fabulous nursing home! As we service the vending machines here I witness how each and every resident is being taken care of with all their needs. The place is always spotless clean and the staff members are so nice and friendly.

This place is a disgrace and should be shut down. They over medicate their patients until they look like zombies. They turned my dad an active man into a zombie in 6 months then tried to convince me that the Alzheimer’s and dime ‘tis was advancing. I decided to move him into another facility and in a month he was eating regular food again and began to walk again. DO NOT put your loved one in this facility.

It's disgusting from the outside to see zombie like residence walking around but it's an outpatient place, a lot of the people who live there Panhandle on 116th street they need to monitor the residence a lot better some of them are always sitting on 116th street begging for money, went into the check cashing place on 114th Street and there was a man from that home begging me inside of the check cashing place

I was not impressed with it at first but I am very impressed with the service received from the social worker as well as the rehab specialist.

The director of nursing F.Jones and administrator R.Devito need to be investigated for multiple violations of human rights, labor laws, and state regulations.
