Windsor Park Nursing Home

Doris Bedasee is the sweetest person there. She took care of my grandparents in the kindest warmest way. She tended to their every need and all they do is rave about how great she is. This place does well based on their amazing staff and she is a prime example

After being in this nursing home for seven months, l should have known that after the first incident l should have left. I wish that the NYS DOH would have come before l left. This nursing home is quick to order all kinds of tests to charge your insurance, while many of the tests aren't needed. In my case l had two run ins with two different nursing supervisors, and one doctor, who did their best to make my recuperation as miserable and hard as possible. The Directing Doctor (Dr. G.) went out of his way in taking care and listening to me. So did the Director of Nurses. The RN's, CNA's and the rest of staff are the best but the management is thoughtless and careless. Be very careful if you take or send a loved one there.
