Filthy conditions. Stains in curtains, sheets, walls, bedframe, a.c unit. A.c blew dust in my face when turned on. They hadn't sanitized the room prior to me coming in. Bed was undone as if someone was sleeping in it and they became combative when questioned. Staff is rude, rough, bad bedside manner. Staff yells at other patients . Food isn t brought to room must eat at dining room. Place smells of old and decay. Staff equipment outdated. Cleanliness really needs attention. Worst experience. I felt unsafe, I felt uncomfortable, and staff were of no help

If there were no stars I still wouldn't give it to this place, it can't even be called a facility. If you want your loved ones to be forgotten and possibly die alone, send them here. Extremely under staffed (2-4 nurses for 40 patients per floor, one social worker for 2-5 floors-40+Patients per floor) unprofessional, notorious for misinforming patients family members, overall nasty attitude from the staff ( from the security guard at the lobby to the nurses, administration and ckeaning staff). The AC in the room didn't work half the time. The nurses would skip shower days. The food, if you could call it that, was atrocious. Therapy was a joke (15-20 mins per patient. Of course it benefits them when patients are there a long time that way they take the patients SSI checks. My father was in this place for over a month and not once did I see any other family members visit any other patients (to the point that an employee of the facility even admitted to have been happy to talk to a family member bc they aren't used to doing so). My father was admitted to the ER twice while in this facility and they didn't send any of his Paperwork to the hospital which put him in danger as he is a recovering transplant patient. A complete disaster from beginning to end. My father is better off hospitalized than he is at this place. Good riddance.

food decent small portions though but there's always food I really can't complain but I magine experience different for everybody get better feel better live life

Mal servicio el doctor te ve una vez a mes el turno nocturno es el peor quiero irme de aquí me pasó un accidente y me dejaron 3 horas sin cambiar y le tome fotos y el doctor vino a regañarme q no podía hacer eso saben donde lo mandé jamás ingresen aqui
