Citadel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Kingsbridge

My visit to Citadel was great! I came all the way from St. Pete's Florida to visit my grandfather, along with some family members. The facility was very clean even with the construction that was taken place. The staff was very friendly and nice. there was one lady that stood out to me, I believe she was in the Activities Department, Bianca Washington. I went up to her and asked her for a cup of water and without hesitation, she got it for me. But what really stood out was i saw her taking with a patient who had an helmet on but was sleeping but the moment he heard her voice he woke up with the look of joy on his face. You can tell her spirit and aura was good. At that moment I felt comfortable my grandfather had the privilege to be around people like her. Kudos to all the staff that cares for their patients. It made me happy on Friday to visit. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you for all you do!

Really enjoyed the smile and friendly service especially the case management department they treated me with respect and were very helpful in guiding me in the right direction. I would recommend this facility to any senior who is looking for long term care.

It is a difficult spot to get to but the building appears clean and we'll taken care of. The staff members we were in contact with were pleasant, very nice and helpful. So far, the only complaint I can make is the absence of chairs in the patient rooms.

This is a very clean facility. The staff is very warm and inviting. My mom is comfortable being here. I recommend this facility.

The staff were super friendly. I definitely felt comfortable having my father there. They're are many activities for them to enjoy. Great place.
