Isabella Geriatric Center

My grandmother is currently a resident of this facility. This place is understaffed and some of the staff members only care about having a job. I give this place three stars because there are CNAs and doctors who do care about their patients and do give my grandmother the care she deserves. I do not recommend anyone send their loved one here. Please do your research on Geriatric /Nursing homes before making a final decision.

Understaffed. Need more workers for vent unit. Night shift needs more training for emergencies situations and have respect and sympathy for the patient. I feel like my mom was being neglected for several hours and then decide to call me. I reach the nursing home my mother was in so much distress. It does not make no sense how these people act all.Very unprofessional.

I saw my grandfather there while we were on vacation, in July.

Horrible, my mom was there on the vent floor for one week, where she died. She was neglected and left unattended for hours. When the staff final found her she was blue, gasping for air. How can she be found hypoxic when she was on a vent. It just doesn't make sense. The respiratory staff and nursing are in conflict. I would not ever recommend any one to that place.
