Everything is nice and clean. The services were good especially the food. The rehab is very good. Thank you Mr Williams from rehab for helping me with my rehab. Also thank you Mr John from rehab, my Physical Therapist for all your help.

I've been at Morris Park for over 2 years now. When I first came I couldn't do anything by myself after my stroke. Morris Park helped me a lot. I'm able to walk again, shower by myself and they always responded to the callbells right away. The rehab was such a big help. Talking to the staff and the nurses built my self-esteem. I cried a lot but every tear drop was worth it. The stroke was very hard. Being immobile and needing someone to take care of all my basic needs was tough. But I always thought of the saying, "you have to crawl before you can walk" and it was all worth it.
A special mention to my CNA Denise who took such good care of me all this time.

The dedication of the staff to providing top quality care is extraordinarily impressive. Watching them in action is something to behold! I would highly recommend this facility to a friend or family member.

Unfortunately, I cannot give less than one star. If you have family members or loved ones who reside there and you care about them, maybe you should start looking into how well they sleep at night and how they are being treated by the staff members who are unnecessarily rude and unfeeling. There are lots of people congregating outside at night due to the recent construction at the nursing home and I was informed by two very rude staff members "this has nothing to do with the nursing home" before they hung up on me. I can always speak to the proper authorities, but what of those who live there and can not? My concern is that it gets very noisy not to mention the garbage everywhere. How could the residents be ok with this? Apparently the staff does not care, but someone should be concerned for those that actually live there. I only hope that this brings some attention to the issue because someone has to speak for the residents there if the staff members do not care to. As a suggestion for the staff members, if someone calls with a concern and you cannot help, get a supervisor if you say you are going to get a supervisor. Do not get back on the call and make rude suggestions. That helps no one.

My grandmother was admitted today. Staff is great. Friendly and welcoming. Especially Ms.-Castro and Sylvia.
