This place is so disgusting and smells like urine throughout the halls.  Impossible to stay longer than a half hour for a visit because there is no where to sit or stand.. The family room is small and  the tables are never washed.. Although the nurses and aides are so nice and helpful. The manager and social worker are rude and unprofessional...

This place is horrible smells like urine everywhere the staff were nice but don't put your  loved ones in this hell hole . I wish I could give zero stars .
