Ozanam Hall of Queens Nursing Home

Was there for Rehab and IV antibiotics. Excellent care and service. The Religious Sisters are wonderful. Beautiful facility. Food was good .Dr. Rappa is wonderful.

Under staffed the poor residents always have to wait to use the bathroom or even get a cup of water. The food that is served there looks horrible and tastes horrible coffee is no better. The gift shop has stale candy I went to get some m m with nuts it was stale and they over charged for the toilet tree also I saw those cats don’t get fresh water ever day and never wet food also I should add that I was visiting my relative on the 9th floor I forgot exactly when but the lady serving the residents food was talking rude to the staff and giving them a hard time I didn’t like her tone of voice either who on earth hired this woman didn’t get her name but if I was her boss I would fire her what a nasty rude abrupt attitude she has also the volunteer boss is a nosy idiot flake

I would NEVER ever recommend OZANAM Hall to anyone ! Understaffed some Aides and Nurses are wonderful and caring. Others don't care at all and the patient suffers. No one cleaned bathrooms in the room of two. No one swept floors in rooms of paper an other articles. It was very disappointing. I am sorry my relative was subjected to this. Social Workers dropped the ball..... it is all about the $$$$$$$$

my mother was there. 4years and the care is Super. Excellent . Very warm staff, very clean place. I will recommend this place.

My grandma is there . They are very nice to her.
