Pawpaw's Catfish Kitchen

The food was great. Crispy batter. I had the seafood basket 2 big pieces of catfish, oysters, shrimp, a crab cake, hushpuppies, fries, and slaw. They give you a lot of food. The sweet tea was good also. Best part were the waitresses. They were very friendly. Everyone in the place, customers included, were very friendly and we were all talking about our adventures of the day. I'm definitely going back before I leave the area.

I have ate here few times. I love the po-boys. I get roast beef po-boy almost every time. My husband loves the fried catfish said it's the best he's ever had. The atmosphere is great. Nice friendly people.

It was wonderful to discover this place. Great fish & oysters. Don't forget the Bread Pudding. Yum 😋. Looking forward to our next visit.

This was recommended by the owners of the cabin we rented. After looking up the previous reviews, we gave this place a shot. IT WAS AMAZING. I would definitely go back when i vacation again. I don't have a picture of my food cuz I ate it all. 😂😂 I ordered the catfish pasta with the grilled shrimp. AMAZING! My friend got both kinds of gumbo, crab cake and pecan pie. AMAZING. I love local spots. Everyone should try this place!

This was the BEST fried seafood I have ever eaten. I had the catfish, oysters , shrimp and a crab cake. It also came with fries, hushpuppies and slaw. I couldn't eat it all. This is a very small place, about 10 tables. The waitress was very friendly. It's off the beaten path from Pigeon Forge but so worth the extra 10 minute drive.
