It's ok only the staff (most of them anyhow) don't have to much of an idea what they are talking about though I was impressed by a young lady working there who seemed to actually have researched a lot on her own. Anyhow still a decent store. I suppose. Tho the way they get their animals is a glorified pet mill

We went for some fish and our helper Veronica was AMAZING in her knowledge on how to set up a tank the right way. Great hello and people!!

Love this PetSmart. They always have my cat's food stocked and the staff is very friendly. They also partner with ACKCK on adoptions.

Went last Thursday at closing time. They did not rush us out. They were helpful and very friendly. The guy at fish area was very knowledgeable. The cashier was super friendly, and kind of cute too. Definitely glad to have this store within 2 miles of home. Makes for easy and convenient quick runs to get what I need. I have lots of pets. I have 2 dogs 3 birds and lots of fish. And working on a reptile now.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices a bit higher than Walmart, but excellent amount of choices.
