PetSmart

Huge selection of anything you might need for a pet. Staff is fairly knowledgeable and as helpfully as possible. My only issue is how much stuff costs. It's not consistent, some things are over priced while some are super cheap. They do not have saltwater fish, but do have some supplies.

I love Petsmart, it's where I've always gotten rat food, though it is hideously expensive. My last visit there (today), I was saddened to see that none of the birds had any perches to land on, and seemed very stressed. All the finches were trying to grasp onto the bars of the door, and kept sliding down and falling off. The parakeets were trying to sleep while holding onto the bars with their beaks. Someone please fix this! How do none of the bird cages in your pet store have any perches? Those poor animals, it was hard to watch, and very sad. They don't have a voice, it's up to people to be responsible and considerate. I would never buy a bird here. The cashier was nice.

3 stars for cleanliness. Staff has zero knowledge on proper care for their reptiles though. So 1 star

This place is neat with a good amount of product but you will pay a premium for whatever you are wanting to get. The prices are regularly 10 to 15% higher than others.

I got some of the best service I ever got on my visit this time. I really got to say they're trying to hire some of the top notch people.
