I’m leaving a 2 star review as I think everyone here is friendly & knowledgeable. However, I’ve taken my dog here for the last 2 years to be groomed, he’s a 40lb well behaved mutt who loves everyone & has never been difficult to deal with come bath time(I just don’t have the time or want the mess of doing it at home). I had an incident about 4 months ago where my dogs tail was sprained (took him to the vet to confirm)& he was in pain for several days after his bath. I contacted treats unleashed & just wanted to let them know about what had happened.(I didn’t seek any refund nor was I looking for a handout, not that I received one.) I just wanted to make sure that my dog was not with that groomer again & that they were aware he had been injured during his bath. I continued to be a loyal customer and even referred friends to this location. Today I dropped him off at 8:30 this morning picked him up at 12 and had to run to work, when I got home my kids said he was acting funny panting, pacing and licking his tail. His legs were shaky & his tail tucked between his legs. He was obviously in pain, it’s now almost 10pm he’s pacing & cant get comfortable I’ve given him puppy pain reliever that I had leftover from last time & am almost positive that his tail is sprained or even broken, which will be another vet bill as we are headed out of town & I want to make sure he’s ok to go with us. I will not be going back to Treats Unleashed again and urge you to not use their grooming services.

I went here a couple weeks ago on the recommendation of my father to be able to find a better dog food and treats for my dog.I live in the plaza but it was worth the drive up here. I was helped the moment I walked in the door. My dog is 14 years old so I knew that there are certain things he can eat and can't eat. I don't remember her name unfortunately but the girl that helped me pointed me to the perfect food that my dog loves! She was very good with helping me select the right ingredients. I will be back very soon to get more. The staff at Treats unleashed really do care about helping out with our furry friends. Will only go here from now on.

They know my dogs by name and have the best self serve dog wash. Everyone is so friendly and I love that they support local rescues. They have fun seasonal events. One of my dogs goes insane for the pie eating contest every fall. Join their free club- free birthday treats for your pups/cats.

I love this place. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. The grooming prices were very reasonable, they got done earlier than I expected, and my pup looked great. I was worried about having her nails trimmed because they had gotten so long but they did a fantastic job.

This place is great, wonderful high quality treats, foods and accessories. They have a birthday club, fresh treats made in store. There is grooming and a self wash that supplies everything. Employees are helpful and kind. There is a rewards system for food bags as well.
