Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are well educated about the products that they sell and are great at assisting with getting the right food for your pet. They also offer grooming and bathing services with friendly staff that is passionate about animals.

I love BB&B KC! My Bella always comes home looking and smelling absolutely amazing from their grooming station. We’ve used the self-service bath station before as well and it was a total treat! Nice little place in Brookside. I no longer take her to PetSmart or PetCo for grooming, THIS is the place. 💕

Great bakery treat for all pets. I love going here to grab things for special occasions! Great self-serve area for bathing and the staff is always kind and friendly.

Great store for your pet. The food selection is great. From raw and freeze dried to everything else, you can find it here. There is a spa for your animal. The staff is ultra knowledgeable and very very nice.

This is a great place to purchase pet supplies for both cats and dogs. In fact, they have a resident cat who often greets visitors (if she isn't too busy napping). Staff is friendly and happy to help customers with selections as well as in carrying items out to the car. Management is happy to fit both cats and dogs in-person with leashes and harnesses. If you love your 4-legged family members, you should shop here.
