Three Dog Bakery Leawood

We visited yesterday for the first time with my senior dog, Juno. The store was cute, had a lot to offer and was clean. The best part was the staff, the gentleman behind the counter asked if my dog could have cake and gave her a sample, which she gobbled up. He was interested in her, her breed, her name... really personable guy. When I went to make a selection and mentioned she only has a few teeth left, he pointed out and made suggestions for baked goods and even soft treats that were delicious but also nutritional. We will definitely be back. Juno loved everything we got!

We always get our dogs birthday cakes from this place. Such awesome goodies and super friendly staff!

Walked in and started looking for grain free treats, when I didn't see any, I asked the gals behind the counter, one had no idea what I was talking about, and the other rudely said, " I'm sure we do", and sighed. I asked if they were just mixed in with the others, and she didn't respond. I left and will never return to any Three Dog Bakery since this is the type of employees you hire.

Fantastic staff, Excellent service.. Not sure if I enjoy going here more than my furkid, but I seem to pick things I think look and taste good (for myself) Human grade, all natural.. I've tried them- they are great, just very little flavor. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, they are very knowledgeable and will give you great recommendations.

I love going to any Three Dog Bakery. I can always find something cute and fun. Knowing my pups will always love whatever I bring home. However I did not feel welcome at this location. The clerk seemed very inattentive given that they were not busy. My mother and I were the only 2 in the store. I asked for a price on a marked down item and she had said....I really don't know. As she continued to do whatever she was doing. I do not feel that this is the proper way to treat a customer that had just spent over $140 bucks. Great store great location great items. Maybe owners/management should spend a little more time training their employees on how to treat customers. Good luck! I'd like to say I'll go back to this location....however I'm not sure after tonight's experience.
