We took our German Shepherd mix here for boarding because Pete and Macs was full during the time we needed her boarded. We thought everything was going to be okay with our 9mo old baby girl. Well, it was not. If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid 40 for the evening, and when we went to get her, as she came to see us, she peed everywhere. Now, don't get me wrong, she pees when she is really excited, but this time it was a ton of urine...like a whole days worth. The man who gave her to us went on to say that she was put in the kennel after 5 minutes of play time because she "attacked" another dog...So we basically paid 40 for our dog to be in a kennel...Well, might I let you know, we live in an apartment complex and she is SO good while playing with other dogs at the dog park (which we take her to daily) & she has so many friends there. We believe he said this because she is identified as an "agressive breed". She has never bitten or attacked anything. She is just very playful. We started nipping her biting from day one, so she knows better than to bite. When we went to pet her, I noticed she smelled like urine and felt so greasy (We had just given her a bath before we dropped her off) and so did the toy we left for her. She can go at least 4 weeks without a bath as she's mixed with lab and short haired. When we arrived home, she lapped up A WHOLE LARGE bowl of water. She has never done this. One bowl normally lasts her 2 days. We then realized we were never taking our dog there again. The next time we boarded her, we took her to Pete and Macs. This time, she got a great review and a report card. She we as happy to see us again, but did not pee near as much. Every time we take her to this new place, she loves it and has always been given a great review. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.

We've be taken our dog to KC for four years now. He does well there. He's not one that likes "socializing" with other dogs so we keep him in private play. There, he receives wonderful one on one human attention which he enjoys. I appreciate that there is a manager on staff who attends to the special needs of an elderly dog. My dog is on two medications and they were properly administered. Recently I got to go in the back where all the dog kennels are and I found the room to be open, bright and sufficiently clean. The staff also created a nice pallet for our elder dog--a low cot with soft blankets. He was there for a longer stay this time and came back in good humor. He ate regularly and did not lose any weight--always a good sign. We will continue to use KC for future boarding.

I took my dog in for grooming and out of four groomers we have used in the past year, Kennel Creek was the best. The staff was incredibly nice as well.

As a previous employee I can honestly say that while there is room for improvement in some aspects, this is actually a great place to take your pet. The staff genuinely care about the dogs and strive toward making it a fun and safe place for your pets. I took my dogs with me to work and had them in play group every day and I know almost all of the other employees did as well.

I have been taking my dogs here for close to or over four years now. They are always treated as top dogs and seem quite happy to go there. The lobby is always in pristine condition and staff is always very attentive. I also get all my fur babies groomed there and they come back looking like new dogs! Kennel Creek is also involved in rescue work and charities and this makes me even happier to spend my money at a business that is involved in giving back. Highly recommend but book early for holidays; they fill up quick!!!!
