I have boarded my chocolate lab here twice before. Both times she returned home EXTREMELY SICK and required a trip to the vet. This is the only boarding facility my dog has has ever gotten sick from. The first time, she had a fever of 103 degrees, but a round of antibiotics quickly cured her illness. The second time, I payed for the higher priced "VIP suite" in hopes that she would stay well. However, her fever rose to 106 degrees, and she had to stay at the vet overnight connected to an IV of fluids and medicine. It took multiple antibiotics to finally make her feel better. My lab is 9 years old, so serious illnesses like these could be fatal. I am furious that I payed for their overpriced "VIP suites" just to pay hundreds of dollars more at my vet to make up for this company's carelessness. They advertise separate HVAC systems in each area and a "quarantine room". Obviously these features do not reduce illness, because my dog came home sick not once but TWICE. I have no clue what is going on at this facility, but it is definitely NOT SANITARY. Do not leave your pet here unless you want to pay outrageous boarding prices and then spend even more money at the vet when your pet returns home sick.

Review is for Veterinary portion: Dr. Coles is fantastic. He couldn't have been nicer, more thoughtful and took better care of our dog Walter when he had pancreatitis. Compassionate and explained everything, along with costs that came along with everything. A wonderful Dr.

Love the location of this place and the hours. I took my golden retriever puppy there when he was about 4 months old and it was his first daycare experience. He was super worn out when I picked him up - which was great! However, during the middle of the night he threw up.. not sure what he could have gotten into while he was there, but it was something and made me feel as though they don't pay as much attention to the dogs as I would like. Also, I picked him about an hour before they closed and he was in a small isolated area with a handful of other dogs because they were cleaning. I love that they are cleaning the dog area, but I feel as though they should do this when they close. I am paying for him to be able to play, not to be sitting in water while they are cleaning. I also thought they were a tad pricey and there isn't much of a difference for a full day or half day.

They do a great job with my dog. She has a great time there. Love how you can watch your dog on the app or website. Papaya loves it since we have moved here.

We have taken our Labrador here multiple times since they opened for grooming, kenneling, and have been to the vet here as well. Our dog always has done well with the grooming and kenneling, but the prices are getting outrageous. I just called to make a grooming appointment and was told they now require the canine flu vaccine, which they can do on site, but I would be charged $40+ for the vaccine (each time), which must be boostered for a total of two vaccines, and I would have to pay $4.50 each time for the needle disposal. Maybe I’m alone in thinking that is INSANE, but we will be finding a new groomer and boarding facility. The vet clinic here is way over-priced, so expect to pay twice what you would pay anywhere else for the same care. Too bad they have decided to go in this direction, because the location and staff are both great, but not THAT great.
