Petco Animal Supplies

Its pretty rare that I would go to petco. I think they are more expensive than they need to be. They do have great selections but so do a lot of other places. I only shop for dogs. If I had fish or birds or something exotic, I might shop there more frequently.

Looking for an item, 1 employee passed by, nose in his cellphone, didn't even acknowledge us. Sad at the price of their merchandise, they can't impress upon staff how important customers are. Customers provide your paychecks by continuing to buy at your store. This is true for all businesses, someone out there can and will do better.

Manager was great, extremely nice and helpful. Very refreshing, especially after I called a few other Petcos and they were very rude over a simple question (whether they had an item in stock). I was even able to ask him more detailed and confusing questions with no issue. Would recommend this location and will be going there more often even though it’s a little out of the way for me. Can’t say enough about great things about the manager!!

The store is clean and well kept. Quality products (I like Blue Buffalo foods and compressed nutshell bedding) and reasonable pricing. "Large" crickets are consistently less than half inch long. This is half the size of other locations. The staff is forced-friendly (rehearsed greetings with eye rolls and exasperation). However I have encountered friendlier cashiers occasionally as well. Hit or miss.
