Winchester Place Pet Care Center

I feel like the care we received was good, i believe they have good knowledge and practices, but we felt we were rushed in and out before we could ask any questions. My wife would take our dog in with a list of questions and the Dr. Would rush in and out without giving her a chance to ask more than one question. IMO prices were comparable to the other vets in the area, but they were good about scheduling you in if you had a problem. We just wish we didnt feel like we were inconveniencing the dr when we went in for an appointment.

I have been taking my Maltese here for several years. Not once have I left disappointed (as I have with other places). The front office staff is very friendly and kind (I'm speaking of you, Robin!). I'm a person with TONS of questions, and the staff here is always patient with me, and is always willing to listen to my concern and answer all questions. Dr. Rucker is wonderful as well. He seems to truly care about my dog. I never leave feeling like there's more they could've done for my dog. Also, the groomer here is the BEST! Long as this place exists, I will continue to take my animals here. Thank you to everyone that works here!!

Kind and Compassionate care. We had just started using their service when we found out that our furry family member had reached her end of days. They treated us with such compassion and love during this time even though we had only been a customer for a few weeks. Can't recommend them enough. When we adopt a new family member they will be our vet of choice!

I can't even begin to put into words how wonderful they are. I drop my dog off at dayboarding either two or three days every week and have boarded him quite a few times as well. They care about him just like he’s their own and I know he is in good hands when I drop him off. He is tired for an entire day after we take him from running around and getting loved on all day. They answer all my dumb dog mom questions and check him out which he in there. I can’t recommend them enough!

I adopted an older dog, then had an emergency and took her to Texas. I was pretty disappointed with the 2 vets I saw in TX, and their prices (3x as high). Winchester was a good find and much more reasonable rates. The vet's brother is a vet from my home town, so that built alot of trust. I've been in to just ask stupid questions and they took care of everything.
