I went in a few days ago with my son who wanted a gecko for his birthday. Blake helped us and educated us on the different gecko’s and what it took to care for them. They were out of the starter kit and Blake took my name and number and said he would get one there from his olathe store in time for my sons birthday. I never expected to hear from him but sure enough Blake texted me that it was in. I went back in and bought the gecko and again got excellent service from Blake. Amazing knowledge and customer service. Give this kid a raise.

The puppies were adorable. I just wanted to know the cost to obtain one. Instead of telling me, the employee starts taking about where they obtain the puppies from and then suggest holding the puppy. Only than, will your kids nag you to get it at an outrageous price. Its a sales tactic. Qualifications for financing is just their credit card.

This place is quickly going downhill. The aquarium equipment is about double what you can find it for on Amazon ... Hence I bought from Amazon. We played with a couple of puppies. They had feces on them. They have been there a while which doesn't surprise me given their cost. The one puppy we looked at was 3500 dollars. That is roughly 4 times what a local breeder sells them for. It is unfortunate because the puppy was nice. The only reason I even give it 2 stars is because my kids like playing with the puppies.

They have nothing for turtles so dont waste your time if that is what you want. It smells so bad and they are not properly caring for their fish or hermit crabs. Just from a glance at the puppies they had poop all over them. I would never reccomend this place. They need shut down.

We come here for all our dog food and toys. Employees are always nice and offer to help carry my food. 😊
