Clean, well stocked, happy employees. Would like the retail employees to be trained more on nutrition but they are happy to help with what they can.

I bought both my Guinea pigs here. They are both happy and healthy. Good place to get animals. Adoption options are also available.

I called ahead for pricing for a nail trim. When we got to the tiny customer area, the associate asked for the rabies paperwork. . . . Isn't that why I have to have a rabies tag on my dog's collar? I would have gotten more information but another customer squeezed in front of me and I was then ignored by the associate. Nice.

PetSmart is always the best for all your pet needs but they have a great groomer shop as well.
