Pocono Bike Rental

We had great time riding the bikes on Black Diamond trail using rental bikes from Pocono Bike Rental. There was little confusion with reservation through website but Tom helped us choose the right package for two hour leisurely ride we wanted to do. The trail is all gentle downhill ride for about 2.5 hours. The bikes were great and Tom really helped us plan out the afternoon. I would highly recommend this small business to anyone looking for outdoor activities in Poconos area.

We had a great experience riding the Jim Thorpe trail and using Pocono Bike rental for our shuttle. They were fantastic coordinating the complex details of our large group with varied needs. Every time a new question would come up for us they were right there on the phone, even at 9:00pm the night before our ride! They were on time and our conversation in the van on the way to the drop off was fun and educational. I would highly recommend this company and wish you a great ride!

We drove more than 2 hrs on the recommendation of a friend and we truly enjoyed the experience. We had made reservations in advance and our bikes were already kept aside for us. The owner was very helpful and he helped in adjusting the bikes for each one of us. Gave us all the required instructions, maps etc and drove us to the start of the bike trail. The bikes were in good conditions and we did not face any trouble during the ride. Trail is very beautiful and not at all tough, even for the kids. We stopped at couple of places for resting, taking pictures, and eating snacks. The lake is very calm and beautiful. We did the 10 mile stretch and we plan to return to see the fall colors.

Beware this is a very long flat trail, there are no hills or obstacles at all it's just a flat bike path. Is a nice ride if you're just looking for relaxing on a bike, but not good for an adventure

Very good experience. Easy to find the place. Nice location with other amenities nearby. The proprietor was friendly and helpful. The bike I rented operated well and handled the trail surface. I would do business here again and would recommend the shop to others.
