Pocono Biking

Bike seats were not comfortable at all.. But overall bike trail was good.

First off, our group was made up of non bikers. With that being said this was a wonderful day! We were tired and our butts were sore but had fantastic day with plenty of sunshine and wonderful scenic stops and even a waterfall along the entire trail. Got checked in quickly and fitted for our bikes and then onto the bus to go to the drop off point. Ran into a bit of a problem when the bus driver got lost (guess she was new) but still got to our destination. We took the trail that was the bottom half of the mountain which was 16 miles and even though it is advertised as a 1-2% downgrade the entire way, you will be pedaling the most of the trip. Would recommend for everyone but be prepared to be a little sore if you don't bike much. Beautiful trip.

Area trails are really gorgeous. We rented 7 bikes. The bike were in dangerous condition. Very poor brakes and worn tires. The kids were unable to safely make stops or ride in a group. It lacked the basic maintenance on the chain and gears.

The 25-mile shuttle and bike rent is great. Basically 25 miles of trail, gently downhill, along the river. Pretty packed on a weekend, but still great fun. Completed in about 2h including a short lunch stop. The bikes are a bit banged up, but fine for such an easy ride.

Poor customer service I would not recommendat all. We called to book a reservation and we were told that it was not required after driving 2 hours we arrived and everything was sold out and they completely dismissed us. We saw the exact same thing happen to a number of other riders.
