Ponderosa Steakhouse

My 1st time here was two weeks ago, my first time seeing a Ponderosa in 25 years...so I was excited! Then it took four tries to get a steak that was ACTUALLY cooked Medium Rare. My server Melissa waa VERY helpful and friendly that night, and she made sure I was taken care of. I just went back for lunch today, and Melissa was my server again...very polite and helpful. She remembered me and wanted to make sure my steak was cooked right this time, which it was. Very happy with the service, and the food was very good too. :-)

The food was really good. I had a great time. The rolls are extremely good. I just wished they had honey butter to go with them.

Nice waitstaff, quick food for a cheap price, option to add a additional plate with meat option and side option for a few bucks more. Not crazy about their buffet options, I like the additional options. Recommend the steak and potatoes I think it's $4 extra.

Terrible food selection and bad food. They had shrimp sauce but no shrimp. Ham was very fatty. Paid for the buffet. Walked around 2 times before I settled with just a salad. $10 salad. Not worth it. My kids didn’t even like it that much which is a surprise.

Great place for everyone , good food , great staff , clean and comfortable dinning. Two thumbs up . Take the family and relax.
