Outback Steakhouse

We've eaten here several times and always had great food and service. Management is on top of her game. The best part was our server Gage. His smile was throughout. His recommendations were enticing and his service was always attentive. It looked like he was also helping set up the bar for the dinner service. I've managed stores myself and my advice to his manager is you don't want to lose this guy or your cook. Good job and this is my first 5 star review of a restaurant. Good job everyone.

I'll admit, I was very pleasantly surprised. I am rarely impressed with chain restaurants, but their blue cheese and pecan salad was absolutely top notch! Food quality greatly exceeded my low expectations. Friendly staff. Quality food. Good atmosphere.

Cleanest restaurant I've been in, in a long time. I observed the manager checking areas around the just-cleaned tables with a flashlight! If it wasn't up to her high standards, the wait staff had to go over it again. And everyone from the hostess to the busboy was super friendly! The food was fabulous as well. Very nice experience!

This place has great food. The last time we went here we had New York Strip and it was cooked just how we wanted it. The sides however were not cooked completely and the baked potato I ordered never came. The waitress we had was great though. So when I go there again would definitely keep in mind that the sides will have to be checked.

Brought my fiance here for her birthday. We both had the 12oz sirloin and lobster special. Our meals came out and we dug into the steaks first. Hers seemed fine, but mine was very overcooked. The replacement seemed like a grudge from the kitchen, no seasoning, charred like they ran it high heat over the flame to make a medium in a hurry, and I swear I tasted cumin on it. In addition, both lobsters were undercooked. I should have gone to 76th st instead. That location has been great every time I've been there. 03MAY18 Follow-up to my original review. I received a phone call from the manager regarding my visit my wife wife returned the phone call, talked to the manager, and was promised vouchers to cover the meals we had. 2 months later, still haven't received them. Definitely won't go back
