My boyfriend and I decided to come here for a nice steak dinner as our date night. It was a busy Saturday night and we were told to expect a 25 minute wait, which we waited. We were seated within a half hour or so, however our waitress didn’t even greet or acknowledge us for over 5 minutes. She finally came to the table and knowing it was busy, we ordered our drinks, appetizer, and dinner right away. It took an additional 15 minutes just to get our water. Our appetizer came out about 15 minutes after that. After we finished eating our app, our waitress proceeded to come to our table for refills on our water 3 times telling us “your food will be out shortly.” After over an hour and 15 minutes sitting at our table twiddling our thumbs waiting on food, my boyfriend asked the waitress if there was an issue. She said “well there was a table of 15 before your food ticket was in, but your food should be up shortly sorry for the wait.” If we would have known it would’ve taken this long we would’ve left. My boyfriend spoke to the manager who said she will see where our food is and “see if there’s something she can do.” Our food came about 10 minutes after this, and half of it WAS COLD. I will never eat here again, what a terrible experience to wait so long on your dinner for it to be cold. I am absolutely disappointed.

The watermelon margarita is awesome! I'm not a big drinker so I really appreciated the smooth flavor. Wait time was a bit much, but it was the weekend so it's understandable. Bread was alright, salad was good, and the steak was decent. Nice flavor and cook. The sweet potato was yummy. This may sound strange, but my favorite part was the decor. There are some lamps up front that I want to get my friend, they would match her living room perfectly!

Went to lunch there with a group of 12 last week and had an OK experience. The potato soup gets a big thumbs up and the burger was cooked per my request,but lacked flavor. Our server was great but the kitchen was a bit slow. For a chain they do a decent job.

I have been here twice. Food is good. SLOW SERVICE. First time , with five of us, our food came out one meal at a time. The last meal we had to ask about, as they never brought it. We also had to ask for silverware. The second time, it took over an hour for our meal to come and there was only two of us. Others seated after we ordered got their food before us. We were there for two and a half hours! And again we had to ask for silverware

Went with my children and enjoyed our meal. The peanut buckets seem disgusting since there are s bunch of broken shells in them...when was the last time they were cleaned. I mean come on, there should not be that many broken shell unless they just keep refilling them without ever having been emptied.
