Prime Quarter Steak House

This place rocks, yea service can be questionable; however, if you want full attention and catering to your every needs you should go to a fine dinning 4 star restaurant. The salad bar rocks, dress your own potato, and endless grilled garlic bread. Option to grill your own steak which is the best part. Wife and I do the split a steak and we both have a super steak dinner for $35. Love it prime quarter!

We love coming here. We always have great service (once or twice it's been slow getting drinks refilled but most of the time we don't have any problems. Even then the servers were very kind.) Only down side is that if you have the chef cook your steak it will be cooked incorrectly and not seasoned. I even ask for certain seasonings and it never tasted seasoned.

Came here to have dinner with family. It was my first time being here so I did not know what to expect. Overall I enjoyed the visit. Our server was fantastic. She was very attentive and joyful. The steak was great (I chose the option to have my steak cooked for me). The Texas toast and salad bar were average. The first thing I noticed and my main turn off was the interior/decor. The low lighting combined with the outdated decor (movie posters were great) made it very dark and uninviting. It was also cramped, I got bumped numerous times by guests and staff trying to squeeze by me and the empty set of tables next to us. I would go here again, but not my first choice.

Great food, self grill, each visit of 2 we're incredible. There was a guy named Chris who helped out tremendously and would check on us every 10 minutes to ensure that we were having a great dinner and he wasn't even our server. Great job to Chris and his expertise and will to make sure that we enjoyed our visit. I plan on visiting again based off of that experience alone.

My favorite steak house ever!!!! You pick out your own steak while grilling it together around a huge custom built-in grill. You can have your drinks and socialize while grilling around the warm orange embers. There's an intentional wide brick edge around the whole grill to lean on and laugh with friends. Gallon cans filled with melted butter and a paint brush are all around the grill with unlimited Texas toast to grill. Unlimited really nice salad bar AND baked potatoes. For an extra cost they can grill your steak for you. (But why?) You can pay for an extra plate and split your steak with your friend and they get the unlimited access to the salad bar, baked potatoes and Texas toast too!
