Very Nice Place! Staff are Wonderful Prices are Great! Food is Delious. Drove an hour and half just to get there and was more than worth it. Love This Place! Will be back soon.

Went late. It wasn't busy. Waitress was very attentive. Food selection was limited but replenished frequently with fresh food.

I did not even know they had a special Valentine's buffet. The addition of coconut shrimp, roasted carved prime rib, tenderloin and all the usual food choices made for a delicios meal. I always enjoy my food and service. This franchise has worked hard to improve quality of food. Much appreciated.

My pleasant experiences start with the parking lot. I love the idea that the driveway isn't directly on highway 60, and it gives the option of exiting and entering safely. This parking lot is big enough to pack this place. Once inside, I was pleased with the well maintained and clean appearance. The climate control is just perfect. The steak is absolutely wonderful. I love the buffet and refills on soda water. Our waitress and cashier, very polite and professional. Ponderosa Steakhouse knows how to keep the customers coming back. They do this very, very well. Very limited seating. They had a full section closed off. Shortly after my family found somewhere to sit, we were greeted by a very kind, upbeat and attentive waitress. I would return with my children again.
