I hate bashing a local business but we had an awful experience. Only one of four entrees was "good", two were passable (steak undercooked and fish dripping with oil), and the last was not good at all. We would have sent them back but by the time we were served we had already waited over an hour.
Service was even worse. We placed our orders and requested water (we brought our drinks from the bar). After our salads were delivered we didn't see our waiter for 30-45 minutes. We had to flag down another waitress to get us water and another round of drinks. When we finally got our meals we had to remind our waiter that he never brought out our soup.
Other tables were experiencing the same inept service. Overheard one person joke that they should order brunch then (at 9:00pm) for the next day.
Too expensive for below average food and horrible service.

It’s hit or miss lately. Some nights we have amazing food, other nights the food is bland and over or undercooked. Menu items also change. For instance, their scalloped potatoes used to be delicious sliced potatoes in a creamy sauce, though lately they have been frozen hash browns microwaved in milk (not really, but that’s what it tastes like).

I really do not like saying negative things about family owned establishments.
We are in town visiting family, saw capris...thought let’s try it out. The service was great, waitress couldn’t of been any better. Ordered 2 fillet mignons, food was good, not the best, a lil chared, almost worth the price.
Now the problem occurred with another meal we ordered to go, I had ordered tenderloin tips to go, waitress stated “lucky, only one order of those is left”. So, when we opened the tenderloin tips, I thought something was missing, due to the fact I got about 4 ounces of gravy with 2 very small bites of meat. Literally, picture a small single serving packet of butter....now, these two pieces of meat equaled two single serving packets of butter. I believe the price was ruffly $18, for two very small single serving packet of butter size bites of meat along with 2 plain baked potatoes.
So it appears they ran out of tenderloin tips, the cook figured I’d give them the left overs from scraping the bottom of the pot.
Total bill was $80, plus left a $20 tip, for a even $100.....will we go back absolutely not.

The food is always soooooo good. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable, although it can be expensive. But we'll worth the price.

Quiet old fashion supper club/ steak house on the main street of Columbus. Excellent food and friendly service. Reasonably priced and we'll worth the drive. Check it out.
