The staff member they assigned to cats was extremely rude. There was so much in the way she talked and acted and her facial expressions. There was like 20 cats there and She wouldn't bring out more than 2 cats for us to see and my mother really wanted a cat so I feel like we could've had more options. All she had to say was negative things about all the cats, nothing good. We felt like she was trying to discourage us from getting one. My mother adopted a dog from them several years ago and everyone was so kind back then but now we'll think twice about going back there.

This shelter was great! They taught our girl scout troop a lot in a very entertaining and engaging method.
