I love our new member of the family that we got from the shelter but the customer service is horrible. We have been calling for a week with some questions and just get transferred around and ignored. We only got one email answered with a generic response that didn't even our questions.

Went to the north aurora location and they were wonderful. Very caring about their animals and they didn't make the adoption process a long drawn o u t affair.  Will go there again!

I got my dog there 2 years ago a little expensive but they took awesome care of her and she came to us happy and healthy as can be.she was around 350 so a semi- normal adoption fee. Great people they bonded with our dog making her feel safe around humans.

i love the cats that i got from Anderson. i dont like the staff. not everyone. but most would just ignore you. wouldnt even say hello.
