Peaceful, lake view, early in the season so its wonderful. Nice camp sites with mature trees... would visit again.

Great place for camping, fishing, hiking, or just spending the day in nature. This place is very well maintained and very clean for a state park. I've camped here many times and I've always felt very safe. I would recommend it to anyone with or without children they have regular camping sites for tents and sites with campers and electricity available.

Clean and well maintained,  infrastructure has aged, could use some like most of the parks in Illinois.
