Restaurant 17

My husband and I spent a wonderful anniversary dinner at Restaurant 17. It is a beautiful restaurant tucked away in the hills of Northern South Carolina. We were greeted at the door and ushered in to our seats by a very friendly hostess. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. We ordered two small plates and two large plates. The pimento cheese beignets were some of the best food we've had in awhile. Everything was delicious including the desserts. My pavlova was a work of art. Not only was the meal wonderful but the view was also breathtaking. Considering the quality of the food and how much we ate the price was very reasonable. If we're in the area again we will definitely find our way back to Restaurant 17.

Situated a little away at the outskirts of Mouldin is the Travellers Rest. Not easily visible from the highway. Very good ambience. Tables are quite big. The waiters know how each dish is prepared & are too eager to tell. Very friendly waiters. Limited menu, but very exclusive. Liked the experience very much. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough positive comments about this restaurant! From the wonderful service to the incredible food it was all perfect! The oyster appetizer was especially delicious as well as the tuna entree - and the chocolate tart was worth driving back from 2 hours away to experience again!

My gf said, "I didn't know what food was until I ate here." 😂 Our waitress Elizabeth was so sweet and the atmosphere was quiet and calming. The experience was entirely enjoyable.

Hi, Ordered a pie of pizza with uber eats. I will try to attach a picture so you can see what arrived. It looked like a child had played with my pizza and then they sent it right over. Uneven amount of sauce dumped on a crust. Barely cooked and a TINY amount of uneven cheese. Legit upsetting. Tried calling twice to ask if this was a practical joke and my pizza was actually coming. No answer. Meir
