Lovely views, a gorgeous mansion in the middle, nice open spaces. It's so odd that they don't fill the fountains until June.. makes no sense to me, it would look so much nicer. Friends were considering the location for their wedding but ended up picking another venue - we will definitely be back though to take a walk sometime. Traffic flow isn't the best - need to be careful not to smack into pedestrians at the park since there aren't any sidewalks along the road through.

Love this place. Good mix between easy walking around historical buildings on pavement, all the way to a nice hike in the woods. Places to just sit and relax and great for little children just learning to walk around. Bathrooms available and plenty of shade.

Beautiful historic house and grounds. Seasonal events. Hoping the outdoor Vintage Marketplace in June takes off. What a great venue!

We love it here. From the formal gardens to the woodland paths there is so much beauty to explore. Be sure to visit in May when the lilac garden is in bloom. Hundreds of different plants and you can smell their fragrance from the park entrance. The perennial garden is my personal favorite. Bring a book and sit in the formal garden to sit and read for a spell. So many beautiful photo opportunities.
