Where do I begin... My wife and I sincerely and from our hearts want to encourage anyone in Jonesboro to call ROCK RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT if you care about your investment. My wife and I are licensed Realtors and investors from Orange County California. We own properties in Tenn. and In Arkansas. As a police officer for 30+ years I try to do a lot of research and ask the right questions. Even when we tried to Google, call and ask the right questions we still got stuck with what we feel were two of the most disappointing and irresponsible management companies in Jonesboro. They told us what they thought we wanted to hear and once we signed they never delivered quality service. We have never been to Arkansas so it is a bit scary when all our contacts are via cell phone. This means you really have to trust the person you speak to. We were at our wits end with our management company and getting ready to fire them. As we searched for a new company we found ROCK RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT company. From my first contact with Heather, I was impressed. Impressed with her knowledge, honesty, professionalism and patience. (I did not know Heather prior to this contact). She patiently and in detail answered all my questions and gave me guidance based on her knowledge as a property manager. As she explained how her company works and the system they use to let us see, at any time, what is going on with our homes...I was sold!!!! The other 2 companies we had used prior did not do this or have any type of professional system. We would say WITHOUT A DOUBT...if a property manager you are considering is also a REALTOR.... run away as fast as you can! As we continue to work with ROCK, our sense of happiness just grows and grows. We are buying another investment and want to have it in an area where ROCK can manage it for us...that is how much we love their service! I really wish there was a way anyone could contact me so I could answer any questions and show you that We are the type of people who give positive feedback ONLY WHEN IT IS DESERVED. I have used Rock Residential to manage my house for about a year now. They are professional, takes great care of my property, leases to good tenants and I always get my money on or before the 1st of the month. I live out of town and it fells good to know my property is in good hands. Great job Rock Residential property mngr!!

What a great property management company!!!! I can go on and on with the pro's of this company. Since hiring rock residential as my property management company, I have seen my property flourish. Rock Residential gives me peace of mind, fast responses, and joy knowing that I can depend on them for any and everything. I work with numerous property management companies throughout the United States and I can assure you "ROCK RESIDENTIAL IS THE BEST". What a great company and great people. I am blessed to have them.

I have had multiple property management companies manage my rental apartments in Jonesboro, and Rock Residential has surpassed my expectations. They are truly committed to providing exceptional care to my properties and tenants, and have made owning rental property hassle free and profitable.
