The townhome that I was taken to was extremely dirty with dead bugs in almost every room & all surfaces covered in dirt. The man showing me had no idea which room was the master until we had gone through the whole thing & didn't know square footage. I called the office to get the Sq. Feet & the lady said she would call me back because she didn't know. Never called back & later I called again- they weren't able to give me the info. A couple days later I called to see another place & the man told me he would call back when he could schedule a viewing. I didn't hear anything so I called again. He was rude about it & told me that he had no idea when he would be able to show & that he would call me when they could. That's been days ago. Awful customer service.

This company has been rude when answering phones calls, curt and short with questions I had, and I was told (before I'd even mentioned my price range) that they had "nothing available that I could afford" despite all this is made arrangements to tour a property this morning only to be called just 20 minutes prior to my appointment that I would be unable to view it until later in the week. No apologies were made and no explanations were given. If this is how they treat prospective customers I'd hate to see what it's like to be their resident.
