The apartments are nice, but the staff is incompetent. They send emails for everything except for paper notices that are extra time sensitive. For example, I paid rent, received an email that it had gone through, and then days later received a notice on my door saying that I had not paid rent, owed several days late fees, and would be evicted if the problem was not fixed in 24 hours. I went to the office, and they were unsure why my payment had not gone through, therefore unable to provide a concrete answer about why I had been threatened; said that if whatever went wrong stayed wrong, then I would find out in 3-5 buissiness Days, again owing over a week’s worth in late fees; and to make it all worse, they were unable to tell me how I could be sure that my payment had gone through, and I would not be evicted. Later that day, after talking to Management and paying rent a second time, I received a notice of eviction for “not paying rent.” I brought this to the office, they saw that I had indeed paid rent, and said that they did not mean to send out an eviction letter. I must reiterate, Lindsey Management is incompetent. Don’t bother Lindsey Management; go with ANYONE else.

Was forced into paying 300 dollars for a 15 late late fee I was never noticed about. Will be moving at the end of my lease term. Unhelpful staff, rude and unprofessional, who do not value their renters.
